carrier/ — per-customer NOC artifacts¶
Holds the per-customer copies of the Tier-1 Carrier go-live template defined in carrier-noc-runbook.md §5. One Markdown file per customer, named after the customer slug.
None of the files in this directory — except this README and
.gitignore— may be committed to the public repository. They contain tenant identifiers, NOC contact PII, and per-tenant override values. The.gitignorein this folder enforces that by default; review it before changing.
How to onboard a Carrier customer¶
- Create the file from the extracted template:
cp docs-site/docs/operations/carrier-noc-runbook-template.md \
docs-site/docs/operations/carrier/<customer-slug>.md
The template is carrier-noc-runbook-template.md. A redacted reference fill is checked in as example.md.sample in this directory.
-
Fill every section. Empty fields block sign-off — see carrier-noc-runbook.md §6 for the pre-countersign checklist.
-
Store the file locally. It is gitignored on purpose. The account owner is responsible for backing it up to the internal shared drive (Carrier customers folder) and for ensuring the account-owner handoff includes that backup location.
-
After every drill / change touching this customer, append to the
DR drill historyandChange logtables in their file. The drill files themselves live under../drills/and are referenced by filename from the per-customer doc. -
When a Carrier contract is terminated, archive the per-customer file (encrypted) and remove it from the working directory after the contractual retention period has elapsed (≥ 5 years for audit-log linked entries; see DPA-LGPD.md).
Index of active Carrier customers¶
This index is maintained manually by the account owner. Do NOT commit real customer slugs to the public repo — keep this list either empty or mirrored in the internal shared drive.
| Slug | Effective date | Account owner | Last drill |
